And even more....
For Christmas I gave a friend a BOM (Block of the Month) or BOY (....of the year) project.
I've cut out the first block - Shoo-fly, and marked up all quarter inch seam allowances and provided all cotton, needles and pins in custom made pin-cushion.
I also printed out pictorial step-by-step instructions for her to follow, and contained it in a pretty luxury A4 file. She knows she can stop at one block, wall-hanging or continue on at her own pace to complete a sampler quilt, so no pressure there!.
She's up for the challenge so will post her progress as it happens...........................

Christmas present for a friend
2010 Friendship block swap
Hi All again.......posting a few bits to try to catch up
Now this is my very first Friendship block that I've taken part in and G was the first member of the 2010 Friendship block swap and her theme was Butterfly's.
I was lucky to have my EQ6 software to help me with this and really enjoyed making it.
Phew! G really likes so I'm pleased with that!

Postcard Swap
Hi All
Well it's been a while since I last posted but I've been very busy doing lots of Christmas patchwork etc. I set myself a target of doing lots of projects in time for Christmas but didn't quite achieve this....but I did do most of what I wanted to do....just can't say too much or I'll give the game away hahaha! More on this when work/s completed.......
I have made and received some PP postcards in the PP swap as follows.....
I made this for J B in a postcard swap - the theme was 'Imaginary Holidays.'
